 * Konzeption und Integration von Conversational AI Plattformen und LLMs in Cloud/On-Prem-Umgebungen
 * Technische Projektleitung, Teamsteuerung und Definition von Best Practices
 * Scoping, Use-Case-Bewertung und Plattformberatung inklusive ROI-Analyse
 * Entwicklung von Betriebs-, Monitoring- und Governance-Konzepten
 * Beratung zu DSGVO, AI Act und Datensicherheit beim Einsatz generativer KI mit Conversational-AI-Plattformen wie beispielweise Cognigy, Parloa, Google, Kore.ai oder Amazon Lex
