When one of them needs something done on their website, you're the developer who makes it happen. You'll work out what they need, build or fix it, and make sure it's right. All Auto Network designs, builds and markets websites for exotic, luxury and classic car dealers selling Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, Rimac, Zenvo and Spyker. We work with hundreds of dealerships, including some of the largest exotic dealer groups in the country. The cars are extraordinary, and so is the technology behind them. On our sites, a vehicle page is never just a page. It's wired to live inventory data, photos, search rankings, ad campaigns, lead routing and the dealer's CRM. Nothing here is a template. Our sites run on a heavily customized WordPress platform plus code we write ourselves, and this role touches every layer of it. What makes this role different Most junior developers spend their first years in one small corner of one codebase. They close tickets someone else wrote and never meet the people who use their work. This role is the opposite. You own technical support for a portfolio of high-end websites, from the first phone call to the finished fix. You hear the request directly from the client, figure out what's really going on, do the work, and confirm it's right. In one afternoon you might fix a mobile bug, install the tracking pixel a new ad campaign depends on, and help a dealer move their domain. Within a month you'll have worked in front-end code, PHP, DNS, email delivery, lead routing, analytics and a dozen third-party integrations. Most developers take years to build that kind of range. You won't do it alone. You'll sit beside experienced developers, a systems administrator, designers and marketers. When a problem runs deep into servers or core back-end systems, you'll bring in the right specialist with a clear write-up, and you'll learn from how they solve it. What you'll own * Our technical support queue and inbox: each request goes from first contact to confirmed fix * Client conversations by phone and email: understand what they need, set clear expectations, and walk them through the result * New pages and features on custom dealer websites * Bugs across HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP, found and fixed * DNS, domains and email delivery for client sites * Lead flow: every inquiry from a website reaches the right person at the dealership * The tools dealers rely on: analytics, live chat, financing, reviews and social feeds * Vehicle inventory issues, working with our back-end developer on deeper fixes * Testing before and after new sites launch * Clear, current tickets, so clients and teammates always know where things stand * Daily work in Claude Code and Cursor (we pay for them), with everything reviewed and tested before it ships A day in the role * Morning: a Ferrari dealer's contact form went quiet overnight. You trace it to a mail setting, and leads are flowing again before their sales team notices. * Late morning: you build a landing page for a car arriving next week. * After lunch: a classic car dealer is switching email providers. You get on a call, explain the plan in plain English, and move their DNS over without losing a single message. * Before you leave: you chase down a mobile bug that only shows up in one browser, ship the fix, and close the ticket with a note the client will actually understand. Where it leads You'll see every layer of how a website runs and how a client relationship works, which makes this a strong first step for a career. People here have grown from roles like this into full-stack development, systems administration, SEO, high-end automotive marketing and sales. We don't pigeonhole anyone. You choose the direction, our senior team helps you get there, and your responsibility grows as fast as you do.
