## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree
 * US Citizenship
 * Active Secret clearance
 * Experience collaborating directly with clients in a data-focused role.
 * Proficiency in exploratory data analysis and translating findings into dashboards or visual outputs.
 * Ability to clearly communicate insights to senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
 * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participation in Agile Sprint processes.
 * Experience supervising, mentoring, or guiding team members.
 * Willingness to travel up to 25%

Preferred experience:

 * Experience with the Palantir Foundry platform.
 * Strong data storytelling and visualization skills.
 * Prior experience leading or mentoring teams (beyond required level).
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills.
 * Additional exposure to Agile methodologies.

## Description

* Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand and clarify requirements.
 * Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
 * Develop intuitive dashboards and visualizations in Palantir Foundry.
 * Brief senior client executives, presenting insights and recommendations clearly and effectively.
 * Participate in Agile Sprint ceremonies to support iterative development and timely delivery.
 * Supervise and mentor junior team members to support their skill development.
 * Travel occasionally to Vandenberg, CA for on-site client engagement.
