 * Erfahrung mit Virtualisierungstechnologien, Backup- und Recovery-Konzepten, Monitoring-Lösungen und Systembetrieb
 * Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Security sowie grundlegendes Verständnis von Netzwerk- und Infrastrukturarchitekturen
 * Erfahrung in der Automatisierung administrativer Aufgaben sowie im Aufbau standardisierter Betriebsprozesse
 * Kenntnisse moderner Betriebs- und Servicemanagement-Methoden von Vorteil
 * Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Hohe Eigenverantwortung sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte zielgruppengerecht zu vermitteln
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Konzipieren, Betreiben und Entwickeln moderner IT-Infrastrukturen und Arbeitsplatzplattformen
 * Überwachung und Bewertung der Markt- und Technologietrends sowie Begleitung der Einführung neuer Lösungen
 * Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Infrastruktur- und Transformationsprojekte
 * Analyse bestehender Systeme, Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und leistungsfähigen Betriebes der IT-Plattformen
 * Vorantreiben der Automatisierung von Betriebsprozessen und Etablieren von Standards, um Effizienz, Qualität und Skalierbarkeit
 * Unterstützung beim fachlichen Austausch innerhalb des Teams
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen sowie externen Stakeholdern
