In this role, you will partner closely with the business and across the finance team to deliver financial analysis and insight that influences and drives profitability improvement. The impact you'll make We are seeking a Manager / Sr. Manager to accelerate the execution and scaling of AI and automation across Finance. This role is responsible for delivering measurable business outcomes within defined Finance processes by redesigning workflows and deploying AI-enabled solutions to increase process efficiency and enable faster and more meaningful financial insights. You will be a part of the finance team supporting Lam Research's Global Product Group (GPG), which delivers critical products and technologies that enable advanced semiconductor manufacturing. In this role, you will partner closely with stakeholders across the finance team and will drive the implementation of generative AI and agentic AI solutions, using a human-in-the-loop approach to ensure control and auditability. Working collaboratively, you will identify opportunities, prioritize, and execute production-ready solutions that improve process efficiency, enhance decision-making and strengthen controls. This is a hands-on execution role, acting as a single-threaded owner for selected Finance transformation areas. The role partners closely with GPG Finance leadership, FP&A, IT, and Data teams, bridging business needs and technical implementation.
