## Description

nNorth Stone is seeking a Lead Application Engineer to support development and sustainment of the DOW logistics application. The Lead Application Engineer will serve as the primary developer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining application features while guiding development standards and ensuring system performance and reliability.\n, * Design, develop, and maintain application components using Java, JavaScript, and SQL.\n

 * Provide technical leadership and code guidance to the development team.\n
 * Participate in system design discussions and architecture reviews.\n
 * Develop and maintain application integrations and backend services.\n
 * Troubleshoot application issues and implement performance improvements.\n
 * Ensure code quality through peer reviews and adherence to development standards.\n
 * Collaborate with QA, DevSecOps, and system engineers to ensure successful releases.\n
 * Maintain documentation for application architecture and development processes.\n
