## About the Role

* 4+ years of hands-on Power Platform development experience
 * Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
 * Strong experience with Power Automate cloud flows; desktop flow experience is a plus
 * Experience designing and implementing Dataverse solutions
 * Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and external systems
 * Experience developing custom connectors and working with APIs
 * Strong understanding of security, permissions, and solution deployment practices
 * Experience with Power Platform governance, DLP policies, connector management, authentication, and security best practices.
 * Experience troubleshooting and optimizing existing Power Platform solutions
 * Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Highly Preferred:

 * Experience with Power Platform CoE (Center of Excellence) governance and administration
 * Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
 * Experience with Azure services and enterprise integrations
 * Experience developing reusable solution components and automation frameworks
 * Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments
 * Copilot experience is a plus
