## Description

This position supports the external and intercompany customer needs in the market by supporting independent sales representatives, regional sales managers, key accounts, and end customers. **_What Will You Do?_** Manage day-to-day operations including timely delivery of ETO orders and quotes, customer ETO related inquiries, and channel partner ETO technical support. * Drive team development, process improvements and KPI expectations through effective and proactive leadership. * Develop vacuum expertise personally and within the AE department. * Prepare ETO vacuum quotations and enter vacuum orders. * Develop and execute standard work to reduce vacuum order complexity. * Develop a process to reduce time to quote by 50%. * Cross-train team on all ETO products. * Ensure standard work is in place and being adhered to. * Manage performance evaluation process, team development and succession planning. * Other duties as assigned per the Mechanical Engineering Manager * Observe all
