* Sie betreuen unsere Anwender im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support und sorgen für eine professionelle Bearbeitung von Störungen und Serviceanfragen
 * Sie richten Clients, mobile Endgeräte sowie moderne Arbeitsplatzlösungen ein und verwalten diese nachhaltig
 * Sie administrieren Microsoft-365-, Intune- und Mobile-Device-Management-Umgebungen für Apple- und Android-Geräte
 * Sie unterstützen strukturierte Onboarding-, Offboarding- und Lifecycle-Prozesse inklusive Dokumentation und Asset-Management
 * Sie wirken aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unseres IT-Service-Managements, Ticketsystems und unserer zentralen Knowledge-Base mit
 * Sie unterstützen den Betrieb von Kommunikations-, Monitoring- und Digital-Signage-Systemen sowie die kontinuierliche Optimierung interner IT-Prozesse
