One of our tech leads wrote about the philosophy behind it here: https://oriolcastro.me/posts/hiring-for-modern-engineering/ What to expect: 1. Intro conversation: your background, your goals, and the environment where you do your best work. 2. Short practical task: based on a small version of our product. We care about prioritization, scope, reasoning and delivery within constraints. Use AI tools, just like you would on the job. 3. Technical/product conversation: realistic engineering problems, not stack trivia. 4. Final conversation: team fit, expectations and next steps.
