Your primary responsibility will be to modernize our legacy GWT-based UIs by rewriting them in React, ensuring advancements in both developer experience and user experience., * Take a leading role in the development of complex, high-quality frontend applications, architectures alongside the team.

 * Implement and maintain best-in-class structured processes and quality gates for our frontend code base.
 * Collaborate with end users to define and enhance user experiences and develop new features for osapiens and our customers.
 * Oversee the maintenance of the toolchain and test environment, driving continuous improvement in both areas.
 * Ensure code quality and architectural integrity, fostering best practices throughout the development process.
