Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # CRM Consultant (all genders) - **Company:** Thorit GmbH - **Location:** Böblingen, Germany - **Experience:** Experienced - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Artificial Intelligence, Confluence, JIRA, Microsoft Office, Salesforce.Com, SAP (Applications), Data Objects, Hubspot, Marketplace - **Published:** June 4, 2026 - **Apply:** https://de.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=c3a96eaa7b8d461e ## About the Role Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, * 2 to 4 years of hands-on HubSpot experience, ideally in a consulting, agency, or implementation-partner context * A track record of independently managing at least one HubSpot or CRM implementation from kickoff to client sign-off, where you owned the plan and the client relationship, not just a slice of the build * Genuine confidence in client-facing situations: discovery calls, workshops, and status updates without a senior consultant present * Practical, hands-on knowledge of at least 2 HubSpot Hubs (Sales Hub plus one of Marketing, Service, or Operations), including data model, custom objects, workflows, and the platform's real constraints * At least 1 active HubSpot certification, and the drive to add more within your first 3 months * A structured working style: you track your own tasks, flag risks before they bite, and keep documentation current without being chased * German and English at full business fluency, both used daily in client communication across the DACH market Nice-to-haves * Experience inside a HubSpot Diamond or Platinum Solutions Partner agency * Familiarity with the HubSpot API, custom objects, and third-party or marketplace integrations (for example Salesforce, SAP, or native connectors) * A developing specialism in one Hub (Sales, Marketing, Service, or Operations) beyond general implementation work, * Core: HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub, CMS Hub), Jira, Confluence, Forecast (resource and project planning) * AI & Automation: Claude AI, Claude Code * Integration: HubSpot App Marketplace connectors and native integrations * Collaboration: Office 365, Teams, Slack ## Description You'll own HubSpot implementation projects end to end, from the first discovery workshop through configuration, testing, and client handover, without a senior consultant in the room. Sales pipelines that actually match how the client sells, Service Hub setups that route tickets the way the support team really works, data models and workflows that hold up once real users start touching them. You scope it, build it, advise the client on the decisions that matter, and hand over something they can run on their own. This is a role for someone who has already carried projects alone, is comfortable in front of a client, and knows the difference between "I need guidance" and "I can figure this out." You'll work across Sales, Marketing, and Service use cases for DACH mid-market and enterprise clients, with room to deepen into a Hub specialism as the Managed Services side of the practice grows. A note on level. This is a mid-level individual contributor seat, not a junior one. After onboarding, we expect you to run smaller implementation projects independently. We do not expect you to know every corner of HubSpot yet. We fund certifications and pair you with senior consultants on the complex programs. What You'll Do * You'll own HubSpot implementation projects from kickoff to go-live, including project plan, client communication, and delivery documentation, delivering at least 2 of them end to end with client sign-off and no escalations requiring senior intervention within your first 6 months * You'll run client-facing discovery workshops, requirements sessions, and handover calls on your own, on at least 3 projects in your first 6 months * You'll configure HubSpot Hubs (Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations) to client-specific requirements: workflows, custom objects, properties, associations, and native integrations * You'll advise clients on best practices, data model decisions, and process design, going past "which button to click" into recommendations that change how they actually work * You'll spot technical limitations early and propose a pragmatic workaround instead of escalating by default * You'll maintain at least 80% billable utilisation across your assigned engagements from month 2 onward * You'll keep your work visible: tasks tracked in Jira, documentation current in Confluence, delays flagged early rather than on the day of the deadline * You'll contribute back to the team's delivery standards with reusable configurations, documentation, and process improvements, You'll join the Implementation / Managed Services Team within our Consulting Practice, working alongside other consultants on parallel engagements for leading B2B clients across the DACH market. You'll report to the Team Lead Implementation / Managed Services. The team works closely with the Advisory Team, so there's real room to grow your scope as the practice and the Managed Services side expand. ## Related Videos - [Integrate your Cognitive Assistant with 3rd-party DBs and software](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/249-integrate-your-cognitive-assistant-with-3rd-party-dbs-and-software) - [Improving quality with Agentic AI with Rovo Dev and Xray](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/2005-improving-quality-with-agentic-ai-with-rovo-dev-and-xray) - [42 x 2 Canvases Later: Two Years, Two Minds, Many Lessons](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1458-42-x-2-canvases-later-two-years-two-minds-many-lessons) - [Beyond Hiring: Building a Sustainable Talent Acquisition Engine at Deutsche Bahn](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1856-beyond-hiring-building-a-sustainable-talent-acquisition-engine-at-deutsche-bahn) - [A Founder's Journey : From Startup Chaos to Purposeful Growth](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1926-a-founder-s-journey-from-startup-chaos-to-purposeful-growth) - [Collaboration Quantified: Lessons from Open Source Developer Networks](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1422-collaboration-quantified-lessons-from-open-source-developer-networks) ## Related Articles - [The Biggest German Tech Companies](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/424-the-biggest-german-tech-companies) - [Finding Jobs in Germany](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/375-finding-jobs-in-germany) - [Best Companies to Work For in Berlin: Top 14 Companies in 2023 ](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/188-best-companies-to-work-for-in-berlin-top-14-companies-in-2023) - [Best Companies to Work For in Germany: Top 25 Companies in 2023 ](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/33-best-companies-to-work-for-in-germany-top-25-companies-in-2023) - [Where to Find German Tech Jobs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/366-where-to-find-german-tech-jobs) - [Finding IT & Technology English-speaking Jobs in Germany ](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/446-finding-it-technology-english-speaking-jobs-in-germany)
