Infra TPMs are the enablers for our toughest business strategies to become technical realities, requiring direct and close partnership with both Engineering and Product teams to make products come to life with incredible scale, reliability, and efficiency.Meta's infrastructure software stack is being upgraded for a world where the primary consumer of our platforms is an agent, not a human at a terminal, and our core infrastructure stack is being upgraded for the rigor, speed, and scale required of modern training, inferencing, and app development. These shifts change how we design APIs and interfaces, how we onboard and support internal and external partners, how we plan features, and how we measure adoption and success. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to own that transformation for a major surface of Meta's Infra software stack. In this role, you will partner with Engineering and Product leadership to shape the technical roadmap for the platforms you own, drive the design and rollout of the interfaces those platforms expose, and own end-to-end delivery and adoption with the partner teams who build on top of them. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy on ambiguous, cross-organizational problems turning open-ended strategic questions into concrete programs with a credible path to success and you will set the technical program management standard for the teams around you., 1. Own technical program management for a core area of Meta's infrastructure software stack, spanning platform strategy, technical design, delivery, and partner adoption 2. Partner with Engineering and Product to define the multi-quarter roadmap: shaping feature plans, participating substantively in technical design and API/interface design reviews, and making tradeoff recommendations that leadership acts on 3. Drive platform adoption end to end - defining the onboarding path for partner teams, removing friction in integration, and holding the bar on the partner experience from first evaluation through steady-state production use 4. Translate the needs of demanding internal customer organizations into platform requirements, and broker the prioritization conversations required to land them 5. Define and instrument the metrics that determine whether the platform is succeeding - adoption, reliability, efficiency, and developer/agent effectiveness - and use them to drive decisions rather than to report status 6. Lead technical discussions and act as a thought leader in program and design reviews 7. be the cross-functional partner engineering leaders pull into their hardest problems 8. Identify and solve systemic problems that span organizational boundaries, and build the lightweight operational constructs that accelerate team momentum without adding overhead 9. Perform risk assessment, risk mitigation, and change management across a portfolio of concurrent technical programs 10. Articulate technical vision, requirements, goals, and milestones to stakeholders up to and including VP-level leadership 11. Provide hands-on program management through design, development, testing, rollout, and post-launch phases 12. Mentor and raise the bar for other technical program managers, and influence how TPM is practiced across the broader organization
