## Description

### Job Duties This position supports the preparation and deployment readiness of connected dish machines.
The IOT Technician will perform hands-on equipment checks, use approved technology tools to confirm configuration and connectivity, document results, and help resolve issues to support consistent deployment quality.
This role is part of a pioneering process that will be recreated and implemented in other locations.
Key Responsibilities Review and validate equipment connectivity to the gateway and sign off on process completion.
Support the setup, verification, and deployment readiness of connected equipment.
Confirm equipment, software, and connectivity are configured and functioning as expected.
Use approved tools and processes to validate readiness and document results.
Maintain accurate records related to equipment preparation, configuration, and quality checks.
Troubleshoot setup, configuration, and connectivity issues with plant resources, then document and escalate as needed.
Communicate recurring issues, trends, and improvement opportunities to appropriate teams.
Collaborate with plant, technical support, and digital operations teams to improve deployment quality and consistency.
