## Description

This role is an experienced professional with a strong background in software development. **Your role** + Technical Program Manager to run complex modernization/transformation programs to Cloud, owning the scoping, planning, and execution of features and processes end to end. + This TPM role is highly visible across business units where you will be partnering with and influencing the direction of multiple engineering teams within and outside of your business line. + As a TPM, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints and not be hindered by ambiguity or multiple priorities. + Build and maintain detailed program roadmaps, milestones, and dependency frameworks + Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues with a proactive approach. + Ensure delivery of technical capabilities that meet requirements for quality, security, and compliance. + Communication &
