## Description

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power BI, SQL, data analysis, and reporting in an enterprise environment., * Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards.

 * Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
 * Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
 * Design and maintain data models, datasets, and KPIs.
 * Identify trends, opportunities, and operational insights through data analysis.
 * Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot reporting issues.
 * Partner with business, IT, and leadership teams to support data-driven decision-making.
 * Document reporting processes and data definitions.
