 * Enterprise Applications Documentation: 36 months of experience creating user-facing documentation, instructions, and training materials for Enterprise applications serving multiple groups with user bases over 1,000 users.
 * Process Modeling & Analysis: 36 months of experience working with technical staff and stakeholders at all levels to define, model, document, and analyze business and technical processes.
 * Testing Materials: 36 months of experience preparing testing materials, including test plans, scenarios, scripts, and test execution tracking/reporting.
 * AI Prompting: 12 months of experience writing effective AI prompts to support document analysis, drafting, or other BA tasks.
 * Oracle Analytics: 12 months of experience building reports using Oracle Analytics tools like OBIEE or Oracle BI Publisher.
 * Accessibility Standards: 12 months of experience producing user-facing documents adhering to WCAG 2.2 Level AA compliance and institutional accessibility benchmarks.
