## Description

We are seeking an entry-level PC Technician to support the preparation, setup, testing, and deployment of IT equipment. This role is ideal for someone interested in starting a career in technology and gaining hands-on experience with computer hardware, device configuration, and IT operations.

The successful candidate will follow documented procedures to configure devices, verify functionality, prepare equipment for shipment, and maintain quality standards throughout the deployment process.

Key Responsibilities

 * Configure and provision IT devices according to customer and project requirements.
 * Follow written instructions and standardized processes to ensure accurate device setup.
 * Prepare, kit, package, and organize equipment for deployment.
 * Unbox, inspect, clean, test, and repackage hardware.
 * Validate device functionality prior to shipment.
 * Document completed work and maintain accurate records.
 * Escalate technical issues or process concerns when necessary.
 * Participate in team meetings and contribute process improvement ideas.
 * Perform additional duties as assigned.
