## About the Role

* 2+ years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Printer Support, or Field Support.
 * Hands-on experience troubleshooting printers, end-user devices, and basic network connectivity issues.
 * Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and replacing printers.
 * Prior experience supporting large printer fleets in an enterprise or manufacturing environment.
 * Familiarity with IT ticketing systems, incident management, and technical support procedures.
 * Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to work collaboratively with end users, technical teams, and external service providers.

Preferred Experience

 * Experience supporting Xerox printers and coordinating with Xerox technical support teams.
 * Previous experience in aerospace, manufacturing, industrial, or other large enterprise environments.
 * Understanding of printer networking, connectivity, and device management.

## Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Printer Support Technician to provide printer and end-user support at a large aerospace manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting approximately 200 printers on-site while assisting with the broader North American printer environment.
This role involves printer installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting, along with Level 1 and Level 2 IT support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting large printer fleets in manufacturing, industrial, or enterprise environments., * Support and maintain approximately 200 printers across the aerospace manufacturing site and assist with printer support across North America.

 * Perform printer installations, deployments, configurations, replacements, and related setup activities.
 * Diagnose and resolve printer hardware, connectivity, and end-user issues.
 * Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, escalating complex issues to Xerox Level 3 support when required.
 * Deliver technical support to end users across Line 1, Line 2, and associated facilities.
 * Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and service providers to ensure timely issue resolution.
 * Track support requests, maintain accurate asset inventories, and update technical documentation.
 * Follow established IT support procedures and ticketing processes to ensure efficient service delivery.
