This role helps bridge functional needs with technical execution, ensuring systems are reliable and adaptable.
Experience in large & complex applications is required, with a preference for experience in SAP. Operating with minimal supervision, this role performs moderately complex applications testing, requirements gathering & process analysis, quality assurance, configuration, and ongoing support for smooth, stable, and timely delivery of solutions. **Key Accountabilities** APPLICATION CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT: Sets up and maintains application configurations to meet user and business requirements while developing and recommending and implementing improvements to standard and moderately complex application support processes and procedures.
APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT & DEPLOYMENT: Performs programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases.
Designs, configures, tests, deploys and supports large and complex application changes and fixes in accordance with established standards and practices.
COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT: Keeps an open channel of communication with users stakeholders and responds to standard and moderately complex application support requests and needs.
APPLICATION SUPPORT: Conducts application support activities to maintain system stability and meet business outcomes.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Collaborates effectively with business partners, technical peers & vendors in multi-functional global teams, including business partners to ensure solutions and configurations align with business requirements and best practices.
