## About the Role

* Fluent in Mandarin and English, with the ability to effectively support customers and partners in both languages.
 * 3+ years of experience in SSD, NAND flash, storage, or memory system technologies.
 * Strong understanding of SSD architecture, NVMe, storage protocols, and system integration.
 * Experience working directly with customers, managing technical issues, and driving successful resolutions.
 * Hands-on experience with validation, performance characterization, and failure analysis in customer or lab environments.
 * Knowledge of PCIe architecture and protocol analysis tools preferred.
 * Experience with scripting or automation tools (Python, Shell, or C/C++) is a plus.
 * Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

## Description

We are seeking a customer-focused SSD Applications Engineer to support the integration, validation, and optimization of advanced SSD and memory solutions. This role serves as a key technical interface between customers and internal engineering teams, ensuring successful deployment and performance of NVMe SSD products in enterprise and client environments. The ideal candidate combines strong SSD/memory system knowledge, hands-on debugging experience, excellent customer communication skills, and fluency in both Mandarin and English., * Partner directly with customers to integrate, validate, and troubleshoot SSD and memory solutions in host platforms and production environments.

 * Provide technical support throughout the customer lifecycle, from evaluation and qualification to deployment and post-launch support.
 * Analyze SSD performance, reliability, and system-level issues, and drive root-cause resolution with firmware and hardware teams.
 * Execute validation plans and develop test automation for functional, performance, and stress testing.
 * Perform protocol-level debugging of NVMe and PCIe interfaces using industry-standard tools.
 * Translate customer requirements into engineering solutions and provide technical training, documentation, and best practices.
 * Support pre-sales and technical engagements with global customers, particularly Mandarin-speaking partners.
