## About the Role

As an experienced engineer you will contribute to technical decisions, mentor team members, and help shape engineering practices.

Experience: Must have 5 + years' experience building production systems full stack across frontend and backend technologies Must have strong experience with React, Next.js and TypeScript Must have strong backend experience with Kotlin, Java, Spring, or similar technologies Must have experience building API's and working with SQL databases such as MariaDB, Postrgres, or similar Must have an understanding of distributed systems concepts including asynchronous processing Must have experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP and containerized environments Must have strong experience with observability tools such as Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or similar tools Must have experience using AI tools in development workflows and familiarity with agentic patterns Must have experience with event streaming systems such as Kafka Must have excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork abilities Experience building software with 3 rd party integrations is ideal Experience
