## About the Role

* Must be able to pass EOD requirements
 * 2-5 year's experience as an IT Operations Analyst
 * Available for shift work - This position will work 36 hours over three (3) days one week followed by 48 hours over four (4) days.
 * Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
 * Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
 * Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
 * Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.

## Description

* 24/7 Monitoring and management of critical HCE events and incidents.
 * Shift work an on-call duties required.
 * Takes ownership of the IT/network strategy and solution delivered by the organization at an account level.
 * Develops and delivers presentations on technical solutions to client and technical team, as well as captures and communicates client-specific best practices and lessons-learned using knowledge management tools and professional relationships.
 * Has broad technical expertise across multi-platforms and multi-vendor operating environments, including data centers and distributed computing environments.
