Qualifications include: + Bachelors in Engineering and 5+ years of related experience Masters degree in Engineering and 3+ years of related experience + Research and apply cutting edge design and validation for analog/mixed-signal integrated circuits for high-speed + Serial link applications such as: fiber optic communication systems, Gigabit Ethernet (GE), enterprise storage and wireless network routers. + Research novel circuit techniques to achieve maximum speed and performance, while minimizing the power and area requirements. + Design, develop, modify and evaluate electronic parts, components, or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems. + Determine design approaches and parameters. + Analyze equipment to establish operating data; conduct experimental tests and evaluate results. + Select components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability. + Layout/design work in a non-ASIC product environment. + Work on complex issues
