## About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully with the organization. **Hardware Technician** **3-24 Month Contract, potential conversion** **Florence, KY (onsite)** **$26/HR +** **_Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401K Saving Options & Weekly Pay_** **Schedules: Day Shift:** 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST or **Night Shift:** 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM EST **What's the Job?** + Test and repair data center components using various testing rigs and jigs. + Record test results in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). + Receive parts, maintain inventory, and check-out parts as needed. + Diagnose hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs. + Participate in team meetings for metric analysis and achievement of daily/weekly goals. + Ability to safely lift and move equipment, parts, and materials as required throughout the shift. + Must be comfortable working in a warehouse/data center
