## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
 * 5+ years of experience in applications engineering, project management, or engineered solutions.
 * Experience with custom automation, capital equipment, or complex engineered systems; medical device or life sciences experience preferred.
 * Proficiency in SolidWorks, cost estimation, and technical proposal development.
 * Strong customer-facing, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
 * Familiarity with Microsoft Office and PandaDoc or similar tools.
 * Willingness to travel up to 25%.

## Description

* Develop custom automation concepts based on customer requirements.
 * Prepare technical proposals, project scopes, cost estimates, pricing, and risk assessments.
 * Build customer relationships and identify opportunities for account growth.
 * Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Project Management to ensure project feasibility and successful execution.
 * Manage scope changes, project milestones, and customer communication.
 * Provide technical guidance and mentor junior applications engineers.
