## Description

Judit Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to support the State of Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS), Office of Information Technology (OIT). This role supports a multiyear enterprise initiative tied to the transition from the Florida Accounting Information Resource Subsystem (FLAIR) to the Florida Planning, Accounting, and Ledger Management (PALM) system. The Program Manager will oversee a complex, multi-project IT program in a mission-critical state government environment, working directly with IT and business leadership to ensure strategic and on-time delivery., * Manage one or more highly complex, enterprise-wide IT program(s) consisting of multiple concurrent projects.

 * Develop program strategy, supporting business cases, and enterprise-wide, high-level project plans.
 * Integrate projects and adjust scope, timing, and budget as business needs evolve.
 * Communicate program strategy, direction, and changes to IT leadership, business leadership, and IT Business Consultants.
 * Ensure all projects within the IT project portfolio are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with strategic and business requirements.
 * Track key project milestones and recommend adjustments to Project Managers.
