## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Berufserfahrung im IT-Support, idealerweise im Service-Desk-Umfeld (1st- und 2nd-Level)
 * Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Umgebungen (Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory)
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Arbeitsplatzhardware, mobilen Endgeräten, Kassensystemen und Etikettendruckern (z. B. Zebra, Novexx)
 * Erfahrung im Support von Apple/macOS-Systemen von Vorteil
 * Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ITSM- und Kollaborationstools wie ServiceNow, Confluence oder Jira wünschenswert
 * Serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise, Verständnis für ITIL-Prozesse sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

Du suchst eine neue Herausforderung als IT Support Specialist (m / w / d)? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams im IT Service Desk und unterstütze uns bei der Betreuung unserer IT-Infrastruktur in den Bereichen Office, Retail und Logistik. In dieser Rolle bist Du zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Anwender im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support und sorgst für einen stabilen, serviceorientierten Betrieb moderner IT-Arbeitsplätze.
Die Position ist zu 100 % vor Ort angesiedelt und nicht als Remote- oder Hybrid-Stelle vorgesehen., * Entgegennahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von IT-Störungen und Serviceanfragen über Telefon, E-Mail und Ticketsysteme (z. B. ServiceNow)

 * Betreuung und Unterstützung unserer Anwender im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support - sowohl remote als auch direkt vor Ort
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Arbeitsplatzrechnern, Notebooks, mobilen Endgeräten sowie Druckern und Kassensystemen (POS)
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Gruppen und Zugriffsrechten in Active Directory und Microsoft 365
 * Unterstützung beim Betrieb und der Integration von Apple / macOS-Systemen
 * Mitarbeit bei IT-Rollouts, kleineren IT-Projekten sowie bei der Einführung neuer Hard- und Softwarelösungen
 * Pflege und kontinuierliche Aktualisierung der IT-Dokumentation inklusive Erstellung von Wissensartikeln (z. B. in Confluence)
