## About the Role

5+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere A360 development, implementation, and production support.
Automation Anywhere 360 certified.
Experience developing automations for:
o Web, desktop, and Citrix-based applications
o Excel, CSV, PDF, email, and file-based processing
o REST/SOAP API integrations
Strong knowledge of exception handling, logging, debugging, and bot performance optimization.
Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere Control Room, including:
o Bot deployment and scheduling
o Credential Vault management
o Runner and workload management
o Monitoring and troubleshooting
Experience with version control, release management, and deployment processes.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise support models.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with onsite-offshore delivery teams in a client-facing environment.
Nice to Have
Experience with Python, PowerShell, VBA, .NET, or API-based integrations.
Exposure to Intelligent Automation capabilities such as OCR, Document Automation, IQ Bot, or Generative AI integrations.
Domain experience in Healthcare, Insurance or Shared Services domains.

## Description

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities.
Gather and document business and technical requirements.
Coordinate with offshore development teams throughout the automation lifecycle.
Support solution design, development, testing, deployment, and hyper-care activities.
Facilitate UAT, defect triage, and production issue resolution.
Monitor project schedules, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
Provide status updates and act as the primary point of contact for automation initiatives.
Drive bot performance improvements and operational excellence.
