## About the Role

Do you have experience in SQL?, * 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis and/or consultancy

 * Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
 * Experience in writing SQL queries and working with databases such as Amazon Redshift or Snowflake
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel and PowerBI skills
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
 * Familiarity with programming languages like Python is a plus

## Description

* Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand business challenges, product hypotheses, and decision-making needs
 * Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs related to user engagement, retention, conversion, and product performance, and derive concrete, actionable recommendations
 * Translate qualitative business questions into measurable analytical frameworks and reporting solutions
 * Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support product development
 * Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior, feature adoption, funnels, and customer journeys
 * Design and evaluate A/B tests and provide recommendations based on experiment results
 * Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve tracking quality and event instrumentation
 * Present findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
