## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

 * Erfahrung im Projektcontrolling oder als Baukaufmann (m/w/d), idealerweise im Tiefbau, Energieinfrastrukturbau oder Leitungsbau
 * Technisches Verständnis für die kaufmännische Projekt- und Vertragsabwicklung sowie Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen; Erfahrungen mit SAP und/oder RIB iTWO sind von Vorteil
 * Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Bereitschaft zu projektbezogenen Dienstreisen

## Description

* Erstellung und Qualitätssicherung von Kostenprognosen, Mitkalkulationen, Rückstellungen sowie Abweichungsanalysen innerhalb anspruchsvoller Infrastrukturprojekte, * Identifikation und Kommunikation von Planabweichungen in den Bereichen Kosten, Termine und Qualität in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projekt- und Risikomanagement
 * Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Budget-, Änderungs- und Projektanträgen sowie Management- und Projektberichten
 * Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Unterstützung an den Schnittstellen zu Vertrags-, Nachtrags- und Claim-Management
 * Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen und Baustellenbegehungen zur Unterstützung der kaufmännischen Projektsteuerung und Sicherstellung transparenter Projektabläufe
