## About the Role

* A first B2B experience with a CRM (Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot…) and with Power BI is a plus; DAX/Python knowledge is preferable but not required.
 * Fluent in English - this is a must.

## Description

* Reporting & Analytics: build Power BI dashboards for Sales, HR, Delivery, Finance and Marketing, and analyze commercial KPIs to provide data-driven recommendations to sales leadership.
 * CRM & Data: own the day-to-day quality of CRM data (Microsoft Dynamics) through recurring checks, A/B tests, cleaning and reporting, and maintain existing tools to keep data reliable.
 * Enrichment & Scrapping: Navigate through public large data base to collect data and enrich CRM opportunities/accounts (signals, strategy identification…) using AI tools and python scripts
 * Process & Communication: improve sales processes from field feedback, communicate changes company-wide (weekly reporting, global updates) and design presentation materials for Sales, HR, Delivery and Executives.
 * Tools & AI Enablement: develop sales tools that help teams win more opportunities, train sales teams to integrate AI into their daily process, and champion AI tools to accelerate the company's growth (API based apps
