Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Passion for delivering products that solve genuine customer problems. Strong testing practices with a focus on quality and reliability. Experience identifying and managing technical dependencies, risks and constraints. Ability to define, measure and improve engineering quality
metrics. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. DesirableExposure to or experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP). Experience working within large-scale Agile product teams. Previous involvement in evolving mobile engineering standards and best practices.
