## About the Role

* Strong virtualisation and networking experience

 * Windows/macOS and data centre support knowledge

 * Experience building, maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems

 * Confident client-facing communication skills

 * Previous exposure to media production environments or workflows

 * A calm, analytical approach to troubleshooting

Experience with Linux, Avid, Adobe Premiere, shared storage, scripting or Nutanix/VM environments would be advantageous.

## Description

Christy Media Solutions is recruiting a Support Technician for a growing remote production business supporting major production and broadcast clients.

Joining a small engineering team, you'll provide hands-on technical support across virtualised environments, networking, data centre infrastructure, edit systems and storage, while supporting users both remotely and face-to-face.
