## Description

* Steuerung und Unterstützung bereichsübergreifender Projekte mit Fokus auf Changemanagement, Moderation und Auflösung von Zielkonflikten sowie Akzeptanzmanagement
 * Sicherstellung eines geeigneten Datenmanagements sowie Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines einheitlichen Operations-Steuerungssystems (Kennzahlenset und -architektur)
 * Analyse von Kennzahlenentwicklungen, Aufbau (teil-)automatisierter Reportings (Management & Operative) und Weiterentwicklung von (BI-)Tools und Methoden (z.B. Forecast)
 * Ableitung von Steuerungsimpulsen, Sicherstellung von Best-Practices-Transfer sowie Datenaufbereitung und Präsentation von Entscheidungsvorlagen
