You will work with clients, third parties and Deloitte teams to design and deliver enterprise data solutions using the Snowflake Data Cloud. You will lead architecture delivery across high-impact transformation programmes, including integrations and legacy data migrations, while working with multidisciplinary teams. The role requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to business users. You will provide solution architecture leadership across complex transformation programmes, owning design quality, technical assurance and alignment between Snowflake solutions and client objectives. Your role As a Snowflake Solution Architect, you will solve our clients' most challenging business problems by designing modern data architectures and leading the delivery of robust, scalable Snowflake solutions. As a key member of the team, you will: · Architecture strategy: Work with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership teams to understand business priorities, define target-state data architectures and shape programme-level Snowflake roadmaps. · Provide architectural oversight across the delivery lifecycle, from requirements and solution design through testing, deployment, operational readiness and continuous improvement. · Solution design: Lead the design of scalable, secure, and resilient Snowflake solutions, covering data ingestion, integration, modelling, governance, security, and consumption patterns. · Technical assurance: Establish architecture principles, standards, and design guardrails; review solution designs and key technical decisions to ensure performance, scalability, security, and maintainability. · Technology evaluation: Assess emerging Data Cloud capabilities and recommend where they can strengthen client architectures, accelerate migration, or improve platform efficiency. · Technical leadership: Guide cross-functional engineering teams, communicate architectural intent, and promote reusable patterns, knowledge sharing, and best practices across engagements. · Client discovery and governance: Lead architecture discovery workshops to understand business objectives, current technology landscapes, delivery constraints and transformation opportunities. Facilitate design authority throughout delivery and ensure solutions follow agreed architecture, security and engineering standards. · Delivery collaboration: Work with engineering teams to translate architecture into technical delivery, including backlog shaping, design assurance, non-functional requirements, performance optimisation, maintainability and cost management. · Reusable capability: Apply and contribute to reusable Snowflake architecture patterns, reference architectures, accelerators and delivery best practices. · Strategic advisory: Contribute technical input to technology strategy, roadmap development and cloud adoption discussions with senior client stakeholders. · Business development: Support solution proposals, estimates and client presentations by providing architecture input and delivery experience.
