## About the Role

Your new companyA leading UK public sector organisation is seeking experienced professionals to support a large-scale ServiceNow HR implementation programme entering Phase 2. This is a significant HR transformation initiative, and due to continued programme growth, additional resources are required to support ongoing delivery through to March 2027.
Your new roleWe are recruiting for Senior Technical Consultant and Technical Consultant positions to support the next phase of a large-scale HR systems transformation programme. You will be involved in delivering key implementation activities across configuration, testing, deployment, and technical work streams while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders. Senior Consultants will provide technical leadership and stakeholder engagement, while Technical Consultants will focus on hands-on delivery and implementation support.
What you'll need to succeedSenior Technical Consultant

 * Strong HR systems implementation experience.
 * Proven experience delivering complex HR transformation or HR technology implementation programmes.
 * Ability to lead technical work streams and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
 * Strong communication, stakeholder management, and delivery skills.

Technical Consultant

 * Hands-on HR systems implementation experience.
 * Experience supporting configuration, testing, deployment, and delivery activities.
 * Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to work effectively within a project delivery environment.
