## About the Role

* Significant experience delivering Finance Transformation programmes within Financial Services (banks, insurers, building societies, asset managers, payments firms or other regulated institutions)
 * A track record of managing complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes
 * Strong understanding of finance processes, operating models, controls, reporting and data
 * Experience working across Finance, Risk, Operations, Technology and business functions
 * Proven knowledge of Financial Services regulatory and control environments
 * Experience with finance systems, reporting tools, data platforms or process automation
 * The credibility and communication skills to influence at CFO level
 * A professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
 * Exposure to ERP, EPM or reporting platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, OneStream, Databricks, Jade, Helix, Power BI or Tableau
 * A consulting or advisory background, or experience leading enterprise-wide change
