## About the Role

You own your products through the full lifecycle: shipping new features, triaging and resolving critical production issues, and ensuring operational health.
You will provide technical leadership on architecture, engineering standards, and technology choices, and partner closely with product and design to ensure what we build actually moves the needle. **Minimum Qualifications** + 10+ years building and scaling production-grade full-stack and backend services using Node.js, ReactJS, TypeScript, and Java. + Experience with Kafka and Flink for event-driven architectures, real-time stream processing, and distributed systems. + Experience building AI-powered products, including LLM integration, agentic workflows, NLP pipelines, and intelligent automation. + Hands-on with cloud-native stack: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS + Proficient with SQL and NoSQL databases at scale + BS in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with microservices, system design, scalability, fault tolerance, concurrency, and performance optimization. + Solid CI/CD and DevOps practices + Proven
