Define secure integration, identity, sharing, permissions, and audit patterns, including Salesforce-to-AWS authentication, document access, and error handling. Build Agentforce solutions with grounded responses, custom Apex/Flow/API actions, human escalation, evaluation, monitoring, and versioning; assess platform capabilities and licensing dependencies. Build comparable Agentforce and Bedrock POCs; evaluate accuracy, traceability, reviewer effort, latency, cost, security, and maintainability before recommending additional frameworks. Establish AI safeguards, including sensitive-data protection, least-privilege access, and prompt-injection defenses. Identify reusable Visualforce, LWC, Apex, and Flow capabilities; define reuse/refactoring standards, component interfaces, documentation, automated tests, CI/CD, and knowledge transfer.
