## About the Role

Experience: 5+ Years as Product Owner, including 3+ Years in Healthcare Domain, * 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments.

 * 3+ years of Healthcare industry experience (Payer, Provider, Healthcare Operations, Claims, Enrollment, Prior Authorization, Care Management, etc.).
 * Mandatory experience with UIPath and RPA-driven healthcare process automation.
 * Strong experience managing product backlogs and defining user stories.
 * Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
 * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
 * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
 * Preferred Qualifications
 * Experience working on healthcare digital transformation or automation programs.
 * Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare compliance, and healthcare data standards.
 * Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
 * Exposure to AI/Intelligent Automation initiatives within healthcare organizations.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Product Owner with strong domain expertise and hands-on exposure to UIPath RPA solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, healthcare operations teams, and technology teams, ensuring delivery of high-value products and automation initiatives aligned with business objectives., * Own and manage the product backlog, roadmap, and prioritization of healthcare-related initiatives.

 * Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders, clinical/healthcare operations teams, architects, developers, and QA teams.
 * Drive Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
 * Define product vision, goals, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
 * Partner with UIPath development teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities within healthcare workflows.
 * Validate delivered solutions, monitor product performance, and drive continuous improvements.
 * Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and data privacy requirements.
