## About the Role

* 10+ years of experience in Java backend development.
 * Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
 * Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and Cassandra.
 * Strong knowledge of REST APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.
 * Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, data modeling, and performance tuning.
 * Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
 * Good understanding of multithreading, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
 * Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Good to Have

 * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
 * Knowledge of AWS/Azure or other cloud platforms.
 * Experience with monitoring tools and production support.
 * Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

* Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
 * Build scalable and resilient Microservices and RESTful APIs.
 * Implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
 * Design and optimize data storage and retrieval using Cassandra NoSQL database.
 * Develop efficient data processing and messaging solutions.
 * Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
 * Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.
 * Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application stability.
 * Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
