## About the Role

The Arm Physical AI Solutions team in Munich is looking for a highly motivated software engineering graduate. Positions are in various teams working on projects across the software stack - from embedded software and firmware to complex application and AI workloads., * Hold, or are on track to complete, a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or a related subject by the programme start date. We also welcome applicants from other backgrounds who can demonstrate relevant skills or experience.

 * Have a good foundation in C and/or Rust and an interest in developing low-level firmware for embedded systems.
 * Enjoy learning how software interacts with hardware and approaching technical problems methodically., * Familiarity with embedded systems, microcontrollers, Arm architectures, bare-metal programming, or an RTOS.
 * Understanding of core programming concepts, including memory, data structures, concurrency, and software design.
 * Practical experience gained through university work, personal projects, competitions, internships, open-source contributions, or similar activities.
 * Experience debugging software or hardware using tools such as GDB, JTAG, oscilloscopes, or logic analysers.
 * An analytical and collaborative approach, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and an interest in building dependable, safety-focused software.

## Description

* Contributing to reference firmware for Arm-based systems, with support from experienced engineers.
 * Taking part in the development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, debugging, documentation, and code review.
 * Applying your existing programming knowledge while learning about embedded systems, hardware-software interaction, and dependable software development.
 * Investigating existing solutions and exploring opportunities for improvement, automation, and better developer workflows.
 * Working with both commercial and open-source technologies in a collaborative engineering team.
