## About the Role

* You have extensive experience in operational IT security-particularly in the areas of endpoint security, vulnerability management, and identity & access management
 * You're very familiar with the Windows environment and have hands-on experience administering Microsoft Cloud and on-premises infrastructure (M365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Exchange) in a hybrid environment
 * You have several years of experience in IT support and Windows administration, and you're also comfortable working with Linux systems
 * Installing and configuring Windows clients and servers, as well as software packaging and deployment, are part of your daily routine
 * You have already participated in or supported audits and certifications, ideally in the context of ISO 27001 / ISMS
 * You enjoy tackling infrastructure projects independently and have already successfully implemented technical projects
 * You're curious, solution-oriented, and enjoy tackling challenges on your own or together with your team-you really enjoy solving complex problems
 * You work in a requirements-driven manner, think pragmatically, and find solutions that not only work technically but are also feasible in everyday use-always keeping quality and results in mind
 * You can explain technical concepts in a way that's easy to understand and tailored to the audience, even when things get a bit more complex
 * You're communicative, helpful, and a true team player. At the same time, you're eager to grow alongside your team and learn from one another
 * You have completed an IT apprenticeship in IT specialization, a college degree, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience

## Description

It's important to you that everything runs smoothly-with IT security and Microsoft 365 as your main areas of focus. You ensure the secure, reliable, and up-to-date use of our digital systems. Working closely with your colleagues, you'll share your expertise, provide support for Microsoft 365 as well as software and hardware, and raise awareness about the secure handling of IT and data. At the same time, you'll continue to develop and optimize solutions and processes, combining security, efficient workflows, and innovation.

Here's what you'll be doing:

 * You'll drive initiatives related to operational IT security and, together with the relevant departments, ensure that ideas are turned into concrete solutions-in the process, you'll serve as a valued point of contact within our infrastructure for all questions regarding IT security, even across team boundaries
 * You'll actively contribute your experience in administering and securing Microsoft 365, as well as Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Cloud, and will continuously develop these areas together with your team
 * Administering Windows and Linux systems is just as much a part of your daily routine as client management, including software packaging and distribution
 * You'll be able to fully apply your experience to infrastructure projects-you'll take on tasks independently, work with your team to develop solutions, and ensure that everyone stays on top of things afterward by providing clear technical documentation
 * In your day-to-day work, you'll support your team with all aspects of client support-from Microsoft 365 and VPN to Webex
 * Your expertise is essential when preparing for and conducting audits and certifications (ISO 27001 / ISMS)-you'll play an active role in helping to securely set up our processes and systems
 * You're a true team player and are eager to work with us to ensure that our IT runs securely, efficiently, and reliably-and if you also have knowledge of PowerShell or Bash, as well as relevant Microsoft or security certifications, so much the better
