 * Aufzeigen und Koordinieren von Abhängigkeiten,
 * Qualitätssicherung von Projektdokumentationen
 * Erstellung von Besprechungsprotokollen
 * Verwaltung und Nachverfolgung von Jira-Vorgängen
 * Erstellung der Kommunikationsplanung
 * Sonstige administrative Tätigkeiten
 * Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Workshops
 * Mitgestaltung, Planung und Organisation von Schulungen
 * Kundenbetreuung im Rahmen des Softwareonboarding
