 * Kommerzielle Steuerungskompetenz mit nachweislicher Praxis in Fixpreis-Setups, Kalkulationen und ergebnisorientierter Delivery-Verantwortung
 * Führungs- und Veränderungsstärke mit der Fähigkeit, neue Methoden, Performance-Standards und AI-gestützte Arbeitsweisen nachhaltig in Teams zu verankern und auf Senior-Management-Ebene souverän zu agieren
 * Reisebereitschaft sowie Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift

## Description

Als (Senior) SAP Projektmanager (m/w/d) trägst du die Gesamtverantwortung für komplexe SAP Programme in einem internationalen Consulting Umfeld. Du gestaltest belastbare Delivery Modelle, steuerst Risiken aktiv und setzt AI basierte Methoden ein.

 * Verantwortung: Du übernimmst die End-to-End-Verantwortung für komplexe SAP Transformationsprogramme, steuerst Fixpreis-Engagements belastbar und führst Risiken, Eskalationen und Entscheidungen auf Senior-Management-Ebene.
 * Wissenstransfer: Du führst interdisziplinäre Teams fachlich und methodisch, entwickelst Projektleiter:innen weiter und baust skalierbare Delivery-Strukturen mit klaren Standards und Verantwortlichkeiten auf.
 * Leistungsfunktion: Du setzt AI-gestützte Werkzeuge in Planung, Controlling und Risikoanalyse ein und überführst neue Methoden in wirksame Standards für Projekte und Teams.
 * Support: Du bringst dich in Vorprojekte, Angebots- und Fixpreiskalkulationen ein und unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unseres Beratungs- und Projektmanagement-Portfolios.
