## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder gewerblich-technische Ausbildung, beispielsweise im Büromanagement, als Industriekaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, in der Projektassistenz oder in einer vergleichbaren koordinierenden Funktion.
 * Ausgeprägte Organisationsstärke, Eigeninitiative sowie eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise - auch bei parallelen Aufgabenstellungen.
 * Gutes Verständnis für projektbezogene Zusammenhänge, sicheres Auftreten sowie Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit verschiedenen Ansprechpartner:innen.
 * Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Tools wie MS Project oder iTWO sind von Vorteil.
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse auf C1- Niveau

## Description

* Eigenständige Koordination und Bearbeitung von Projektunterlagen, Terminen und Fristen
 * Steuerung der Kommunikation mit Auftraggeber:innen, Behörden, Planungsbüros und Projektpartner:innen sowie Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses
 * Überwachung von Projektfortschritten, Kosten und Dokumentationen sowie Unterstützung bei der frühzeitigen Identifikation und Nachverfolgung von Handlungsbedarfen.
 * Unterstützung bei der Prüfung von Ausschreibungs- und Vergabeunterlagen sowie technischen Unterlagen, Bauwerksdokumentationen.
 * Vor- und Nachbereitung von Besprechungen einschließlich Protokollführung sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektleiter:innen im operativen Projektgeschäft.
