## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik, Elektrotechnik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Umfeld Embedded Systems oder Automotive
 * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams sowie an Schnittstellen zwischen Hardware-, Software- und Systementwicklung
 * Gutes Verständnis für Embedded-Systeme, Systemarchitekturen und softwaregetriebene Entwicklungsprozesse
 * Kenntnisse im Automotive-Umfeld (z. B. Fahrerassistenzsysteme, Kamerasysteme, Connectivity) von Vorteil
 * Analytische, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Motivation, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten und Verantwortung zu übernehmen

## Description

* Steuerung und Koordination von Embedded-Software-Teilprojekten inkl. Planung, Priorisierung und Fortschrittskontrolle
 * Technische Schnittstellenfunktion zu internen und externen Stakeholdern sowie Abstimmung relevanter Anforderungen
 * Planung und Nachverfolgung von Features, Meilensteinen und Projektfortschritten
 * Mitwirkung in Änderungsprozessen sowie Unterstützung bei technischen Entscheidungsfindungen
 * Erstellung und Präsentation von Statusberichten sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
 * Unterstützung strukturierter Entwicklungs- und Projektprozesse (z. B. nach ASPICE/IPMA) sowie Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Projektergebnissen
