## About the Role

* Full-stack developer with 8-10 years of experience in designing and developing robust, scalable, and maintainable applications applying Object Oriented Design principles.
 * Extensive hands-on experience with concurrent programming in Java Core.
 * Experience with Spring Framework including Core, Integration, Batch, JDBC, Hibernate.
 * Proficiency in working with databases - RDBMS preferably Oracle, NoSQL preferably MongoDB.
 * Familiarity with Linux environment including scripting skills.
 * Experience with SDLC/Dev Ops - Github, CI/CD pipeline frameworks such as Jenkins, SonarQube, JIRA, and any secure coding toolkits.
 * Ability to lead and coach a team of developers.

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience with React JS.
 * Experience in the financial or banking sector, automated testing experience.
 * Experience with AI Dev tools such as Copilot.

## Description

* Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team.
 * Build robust, high-performance, large-scale applications.
 * Utilize hands-on experience in Web technologies (HTML, CSS), REST-APIs, and Backend using Java/J2EE technologies.
 * Participate in Agile software development processes with a strong emphasis on test-driven development.
 * Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and utilize tools such as JIRA, BlackDuck, SONAR, etc.
 * Build sophisticated tooling for development and production team use.
 * Operate with minimal direct supervision.
