## Description

This role involves day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance across Windows and Linux systems.
You'll work directly with both hardware and software systems in a dynamic, multi-platform environment. **Position Responsibilities** + Administer and support Windows and Linux environments, utilizing batch and shell scripting to automate routine tasks, streamline operations, and improve system efficiency. + Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot VMware virtualized environments to ensure optimal performance, availability, and resource utilization. + Administer and support Dell enterprise infrastructure and storage solutions, including Data Domain, PowerFlex, and PowerStore. + Conduct advanced system troubleshooting, diagnostics, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex infrastructure issues across operating systems, virtualization platforms, and storage environments. + Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware, applications and software integration + Configure and manage RedHat Linux and Windows systems. + Collaborate with hardware vendors on system
